Brockton Pavilion – Venue Services

Brockton Pavilion or Clubhouse (as it is sometimes called) is a private club that can can be rented by outside non member groups provided you are sponsored by a member of the association and you become a member of the association. Contact us for more details.

The second floor LOUNGE is ideal for cocktail receptions, birthday parties, casual weddings, pub nights or whatever your special occasion. Utilizing the whole facility, including the ground floor with outside access, you can create the perfect space for a summer BBQ and more. Groups of 50 to 150 can enjoy the space using different configurations.

The lounge boasts a large hardwood floor though the centre of it, backed by the bar, with seating areas at either end of the room. Relax and enjoy your favourite beverage, cosy seating areas, warm Tudor decor and balconies for outside access.

There is a full sound system with 6 speakers situated through out the room and each area is individually controlled. There is a connector available for use with any ipod style player you may have, or use our fully loaded one. A SOCAN fee is required to play recorded music , for both background and dancing, and the small fee will be added to your rental. If you wish to dance you will need to hire a DJ or rent a simple system and 2 speakers. We also have an in-house mike system for speeches and announcements. The Lounge and Hall of Fame rooms have wall mounted flat screen TVs.

Tired of going to the same hotel for your meetings? Businesses with groups up to 40 may enjoy the more modern, ground floor space RUGBY HALL OF FAME. Ideally suited for a meeting, luncheon, or training session. The room boasts lots of windows and step out access to the lawns and grounds. You will feel like you spent the day in the park. Business lunch catering can be arranged. Coffee, water and beverage service provided in house.

The Pavilion has a small kitchen (no stove) on the main floor that can be used by your group or the catering company, depending on the event. We do not work with any specific catering company but we can make some great recommendations for your event.
